Our excalibur and arthur servers are showing as offline and our engineers are currently looking into this. We hope to have an update shortly.

Update : 22:45 Both servers came back up of their own accord at around 9pm. Our engineers are now investigating environmental issues which may have caused the outage on these two servers today and we will be monitoring to ensure there is no recurrence. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Update : 23:35 The issue has now been isolated to a problem with the air conditioning at our Meridian Gate data centre which caused a couple of our servers to protect themselves by shutting down. The air conditioning issue was resolved at 9pm and we will be taking this up with our data centre provider.
